Kemper Pond Office Park is a hidden gem among commercial rental properties. I have been a tenant here for over three years and there are good reasons for why this is the case. There are so many positives about being a tenant here that I don’t even know where to begin! Firstly, our building manager, Julie, and her staff are the kindest, most helpful people to interact with regarding whatever you need as a tenant. They will work with you regarding your needs, are patient and great to interact with on a daily basis. Recently, we had new flooring installed in our offices and all of the staff have been very generous and hard-working to renovate our office for us. Secondly, this is a beautiful setting to work at – from the one of a kind indoor atrium with gorgeous fish to the outdoor ponds, you and your customers will love the natural setting. Thirdly, the rent here is a bargain for what you get in terms of service and setting. I give this place six stars!

I wanted to give a shout out to Kemper Pond Office Park and staff!  We have been tenants for about 2 years.  We have 9 office staff and over 100 caregivers.  We have nothing but positive feedback from our clients , families, employees and other vendors. What a great space we have.  Our office staff loves coming to the office.  It is comfortable, very centrally located and the staff from maintenance to the office staff and manager Julie Matheny are super to work with.  The atrium is so nice and there is plenty of area outside of our actual office to just take a break and revive.  We love Kemper Pond Office Park and look forward to many more great years here! If you are looking for reasonable office space with a great location look no further!
