The improvements made to the office complex since the new ownership has been phenomenal and exciting.  They have brought new life to a somewhat older facility and improvements continue to be made.  In addition to physical improvements, the attentiveness of the Kemper Pond Office Park staff is also an added bonus.  They are quick to follow through on any concerns.  We feel that they exhibit a sincere desire to make tenants comfortable.  The environment is visually appealing, is centrally located for our staff with convenience to all major freeways and ease of access to the Tri-County shopping and restaurant venues.  The current landlords have made us comfortable with our decision to continue our tenancy at Kemper Pond Office Park.

I work as Director, Finance and Administration for CollegeSource and my company has been a tenant of the office park since 2009. I would highly recommend Kemper Pond Office Park to anyone currently searching for office space in the Cincinnati area.

The Kemper Pond management staff has made every effort possible to make this complex a great place to work and enjoy, and are constantly seeking improvements. They completely customized our office environment to our specifications, and our employees are very pleased with the comfortable and high-end results.

Kemper Pond offers a park-like setting which is not easy to find. The features our employees particularly enjoy are plenty of private parking, a wooded walking trail around a pond, and a beautiful solarium in the main building that includes a goldfish pond (which is my favorite).  The solarium also has small conference rooms that are also available to us. Additionally and the best of all, we are within walking distance to many local restaurants and right down the road from Tri-County Mall, Costco and Sam’s Club.

In addition to being a tenant, I’ve had the privilege to get to know the management team of Kemper Pond Office Park. The staff members are some of the friendliest people I have ever met.  As tenants, we have been invited by Kemper Pond management to enjoy luncheons, special events and contests of various kinds which were very rewarding.

As far as a company to do business with and to be a tenant of, Kemper Pond is one of the best I have ever dealt with. They have always responded to any request or need in a very timely fashion. I think anyone who chooses to be a tenant at Kemper Park would be a happy tenant.
