Our People


Kerry is not only the CEO for KPOP, she divides her time between KPOP and CollegeSource, Inc. (San Diego and Cincinnati).  Kerry’s involvement in the acquisition of CSI/Cincinnati (formerly known as redLantern), from Ohio’s Miami University, is what originally brought her to KPOP.  Since beautifully renovating KPOP’s 1327 building for CSI’s move-in date, she has helped transform all three buildings on KPOP’s 10-acre campus, “a labor of love” in her words.

Kerry has worked with CSI San Diego since 1973 and travels between both coasts, offering her administrative eye for detail for all three corporations. She is happy to speak with you at any time regarding what she feels is the “most wonderful place to work in Cincinnati!” Simply call and ask her.

Office Manager

Julie has a background in accounting, management and also serves as the Executive Director of the Springdale Chamber of Commerce. In this capacity she is also responsible for managing the Springdale Farmers’ Market which began in 2009. She is a lifelong resident of the city of Springdale and enjoys volunteering her time serving on the Board of Directors of Springdale Offering Support.

Julie loves spending time with her family, dogs and following her Cincinnati Reds.

Denise Boyd
Administrative Assistant

Before coming to KPOP Denise spent 10 years as the Senior Dispatcher for the Security Department at Cincinnati Mills. She then obtained her Ohio life/Health Insurance license and spent several years helping people with their life insurance and annuity needs. Her job at KPOP consist of a variety of duties, including tenant relations and assisting Julie with the daily details of keeping the Leasing Office running smoothly. Denise also maintains the beauty of our Atrium in the 1329 building.

Denise is our "go to" girl, and will be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

Maintenance Manager

After running his own business for more than 20 years, Mike comes to KPOP with a background in commercial and home construction. In addition, he worked 15 years for the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office. His job at KPOP is to oversee all maintenance, which includes snow removal, landscaping and making our tenants happy to come to work every day.  With his naturally friendly manner, Mike deals with our tenants and vendors in an enthusiastic way every day.
